We help our clients serve their customers by acting like one of their customers. Our specially designed training packages provide staff with the tools they will need to perform their duties in a professional and pleasant manner.

How It Works:
We begin with having an in-depth conversation with management to determine what the perceptions of your services are. What is the philosophy and directive on your service? What challenges has your operation faced, and what level of service will you want to achieve. We also interview some key department personnel to confirm that their perceptions match those of management.

Investment:
There are four packages to work with. All are designed to be used as building parts to your whole service objective.

Accommodations Package Overall development of the goals and objectives from the Opeator or Operating Management Company. Review current service standards and design a training strategy. Assess the staff’s overall abilities, and present the outline and basic training to support the goals with the staff. Includes a two-night stay at the facility (where applicable) for trainer(s) to evaluate the operation and two days training with formal manual designed to your operation.

Event Venue Package Overall development of the goals and objectives from the Opeator or Operating Management Company. Review current service standards and design a training strategy. Assess the staff’s overall abilities, and present the outline and basic training to support the goals with the staff. Includes two days of training..

Restaurant/Caterer Package Overall development of the goals and objectives from the Opeator or Operating Management Company. Review current service standards and design a training strategy. Assess the staff’s overall abilities, and present the outline and basic training to support the goals with the staff. Includes one day of training.

Customized Training We work with you to determine the best approach for your particular needs. $275 / hour (3 hour minimum)

Specialized Training Options Are designed to your specific operations needs. May include, but not limited to: buffet design, decor, special event sales, vendor negotiations, how-to-network the “industry organizations,” professional attire training, “under-cover-customers,” menu design, and sustainability development, policy and procedures. Prices based on specific needs.
